Centennial house of the 18th century
La Lolita is a charming farmhouse with seven double rooms located in a century-old house from the 18th century, in the amazing medieval village of Sant Martí Vell, between Gironès and Baix Empordà.
The aim of our small project is to offer an environment of calm, tranquility and well-being, taking care of every detail and giving personalized and close service.
La Lolita is an adults only establishment
We accept well behaved dogs with prior request
Privileged location for bike routes. We have indoor parking, cleaner and tools for bikes

Breakfast
We offer breakfast included in our rates, with local products.
It consists of freshly squeezed natural orange juice, butter croissants baked every morning, cold meats and cheeses from Girona, yogurt from La Fageda, omelettes with farm eggs, seasonal fruit, jam, biscuits, homemade cake and assortment of nuts and cereals.
Not forgetting our delicious Flor de Santos coffee from sustainable farms.
We offer adapted breakfasts to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free diets on request.

At La Lolita we have several common spaces to relax outside the room

Interiors
Inside the house, we have a sofa area at reception, and another in the common dining room with a large fireplace, where you can relax reading a good book or take a coffee, infusion or wine from our honesty-bar corner, an area with snacks, coffee, tea and cold drinks available to customers.
We have books distributed in different places in the house, as a small library.

Outside the house, we have our beautiful garden of natural grass, surrounded by nature and trees, with rest areas such as sofas or hammocks to be able to relax both in the sun and in the shade, and a garden full of magic behind the house with sofas in the shade.
